These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website elura.club (“Site”) and any services offered by Elura LLC (“Elura,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including event access, merchandise purchases, and online interactions. By using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By accessing or using our Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Event Admission & Age Policy

All Elura events are 21+ only. A valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals at our sole discretion for violations of our dress code, behavior policies, or safety concerns.

3. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless an event is canceled by Elura.
In the event of a cancellation, Elura will provide notice and issue refunds or credits as applicable.
Resale or transfer of tickets may be prohibited or limited.

4. Table Packages & Bottle Service

Reservation of VIP tables or bottle service packages is subject to availability and confirmation by Elura staff.

All Table Packages & Bottle Service will require a credit card and government issued ID at the time of booking.
A deposit may be required to secure bookings. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund for damaged items.
Shipping times may vary. Elura is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including logos, text, images, video, and design elements—is the property of Elura LLC or its content partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes or post harmful, threatening, or offensive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or interfere with Site operation
Engage in spamming, scraping, or automated data collection

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Elura makes no guarantees regarding the availability or uninterrupted use of the Site.
Elura is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at any Elura events.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Return and Refund Policy

Elura LLC (“Elura,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality merchandise and exceptional experiences. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Event Tickets & Table Packages

All ticket sales and table reservations are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

General admission tickets
VIP tickets
Table packages
Bottle service pre-purchases

Exceptions:
Refunds may be issued only if:

The event is canceled by Elura LLC
You are denied entry due to venue overcapacity and did not violate entry requirements

In such cases, you will be contacted and refunded via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Merchandise Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Size preferences
Change of mind
Final sale or discounted items

We will accept returns or issue refunds only if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described

To request a return:

Contact us at contact@eluraatl.com within 7 days of receiving your item
Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue
If eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the item

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
If returning an approved item, you are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, you may return it (per the above policy) and place a new order for the desired item.
